Acacemic notifications replies to be directed to Teacher of course

I would like to reques that Assignment Notification replies are automatically routed to the inbox of the teacher who sent out the Assignment Added or Assignment Changed notification/update instead of routing to the Notifications inbox.

Add Bulk upload option for dorms

For class sizes as large as 450, which is each of our classes, adding students to dorms one by one is very time consuming and prone to errors. If this could be a bulk upload it would be tremendously helpful.
