Add the ability to carry over Assessment Grade Data from one Term to the next.
In the Grading Tab of a class, being able to edit Grade Data from one term to the next in an assessment grading period would make it much easier to go in and make minor edits instead of going in and setting all the grades from scratch.2

Ability to choose what years academic performance display on the Transcript

Include Courses in GPA by Semester, Not Year

Grades "Review" Column
In the Grades tab, the column that reads "Review" should really say "Ready for Review", which is what it represents. "Review" connotes the act of reviewing, which does not apply here.
