Ability to globally set whether students can see the year cumulative grade

Committee Review Data should be able to be pulled into a report or excel sheet. I should be able to see candidates committee as well as what grade they are in. We are putting lots of information into Blackbaud, I should be able to pull candidate committee scores based on committee, based on grade. Being able to pull the information we are putting into Blackbaud in a way we can sort and manipulate and see total scores and averages.
