We need the ability to turn report cards on for parents by grade level. Currently it is done by division.0

Allow Transfer Grades to calculate in Diploma by Equivalent Course
Transfer grades require equivalent courses, so why can't they "calculate" as courses in the Diploma feature? We have LOTS of transfer grades and without this it will make the Diploma feature much less useful.2 Already exists
