Allow Transfer Grades to calculate in Diploma by Equivalent Course

Transfer grades require equivalent courses, so why can't they "calculate" as courses in the Diploma feature? We have LOTS of transfer grades and without this it will make the Diploma feature much less useful.

    If a transfer course is matched to an equivalent course and a grade is provided, it should calculate in the Diploma requirements view. You may need to process the grades on the requirements page if they aren't showing up (blue circle next to the diploma name).
