SMS needs additional Wireless Carriers

Many of our parents have let us know that their wireless carries are not listed int he dropdown when adding an SMS # and therefore are unable to subscribe to SMS notifications.

Embed Custom forms in Resource Board

Would like the ability to limit who students can interact with via inbox messaging.

Limit reports to be viewed by school level. Do not allow school levels to see each others students in reports.

We have 2 school levels that should not be able to see each others reports. There is currently no way to only allow an individual to see a specific school level and none of the others.
