Contract confusion with Smart Tuition / Blackbaud Tuition Management naming
Parents are confused when filling out contracts because in some spots it mentions Smart Tuition and in some cases it's called Blackbaud Tuition Management. I would like the naming to be standard across all places where the product is mentioned.3

Families are not clicking the Thank you button -- "thank you" does not suggest you should click it. Suggest renaming to "Complete enrollment"5 Unlikely to implement

Email parents/students (3-4) from a class list
With another system, I could pick a group of parents/students to email only. If 10 students missed a HW assignment, I could pull only those names easily.1

Main Calendar - Assignment Status Color
Have assignment status color - To Do, In Progress, Completed reflected in Main Calendar not just Assignment Center, currently assignments are just blue, and if you can change the view to by Due date rather then only the Active Bar view.0

have option to disable/remove recaptcha on internal inquiry forms
Please add option to disable or remove the recaptcha feature on INTERNAL inquiry forms used to enter data from phone, email and fairs as it is not needed. Just adds extra step and is time-consuming. Thanks!1

Use autosave feature (or at least don't delete, or don't allow the window to collapse without saving) when creating rubrics and toggling between the rubric slide out. Currently, if you slide the rubrics window back in, it loses all work if you haven't clicked 'Save.'
Users lose work because it is not obvious that by sliding in and out the rubrics window, any created work will not be saved unless the 'Save' button is pushed.0

We are looking for the ability to not have to assign usernames at the point of inquiry but allow usernames to be set at the point of application.
We really don't see a purpose in assigning Inquiries usernames as many won't ever apply and this will create less confusion for our constituents who do go on to apply as they can then click the First time logging in button and it actually be their...1

This has been asked for multiple times in the "new ideas" chat. I don't understand why this has not been implemented. It does not make sense why it isn't!! Come on Blackbaud help us make the nurse's office better, because it does need it!0
