Currently Employment Default is set to No if box is not checked
When a parent/guardian enters their employment information if they do not check the box that says Currently Employed it will default to say No under Currently Employed on their contact card in core. Very few people actually check that box.1

Need AND and OR logic in Academic Performance

We would like there to be a teacher column available in SKY Lists.
