My Development Department uses BBMS for Alumni, Raiser's Edge, etc. They have been using it for years. We recently got Blackbaud and Smart Tuition. (Last year).

Now that we are enrolling incoming students for the first time, their registration fees (which we set up as a deposit through a Blackbaud form) are showing up on BBMS, with no indication of which product it came from (Raiser's Edge or Blackbaud). This is very confusing for my Development team and my Finance team.
