Sort by Actual Grade Level, not Numerical Order
It would be nice if the entering grade field could sort by grade in this order: PS, PK, K, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10,11,12, etc. Currently, it sorts in this order: 10, 11, 12, 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,K.PK,PS. This makes it difficult to review reports by grade.3

Editing the Inquiry Data before processing
The ability to edit before processing the inquiry would be very beneficial. Often times they fill out the form in all caps or lowercase, and instead of remembering to go back in to do it, it would be helpful to edit right then and there.0
