When we are notified via email that a records request form has been completed the email text only offers the signer's name. It would be helpful to have the student's name as sometimes the signer doesn't have the same last name as the student.0

Add Search Bar in Committee Review
In committee review, if you have lots of students you have to scroll to find the one, we need a search bar at the top to filter to the student we are working on.1
