Course Codes should ALWAYS Show
Course codes should show *anywhere* course names show. right now, sometimes they show. other times, you have to go into other parts of the system to find them.0

Pushpage files should live on a secure (HTTPS) server.
This is a best practice. At present, when users visit a Pushpage file, they see a red NOT SECURE note if they are using Google Chrome. That makes them think we are sending them to an unsafe URL.0
