Event guest list - please restore numerical hyperlinks
We used to be able to click on the numerical hyperlink under the event "sign ups" column and get a list of users for that specific date but now that link just gives us a list of all registered users for all events.0

Allow users to set their landing page to specific Resource Tiles.

The gradebook feature to chose to view the "previous term" average is very helpful. If we could have the option to view all available previous terms' averages (for the same academic year) in the same way, that would be make this even more valuable...0

Checklist - Recommendation Page Text field should be optional, not mandatory
That step seems to be a holdover from the era before Blackbaud implemented Online Recommendation Forms. It seems to be completely superfluous. But because it is a mandatory field, we cannot ignore it.. Why not make it optional?0

Ability to format text in chat feature
Blackbaud analysts are able to format text in chat sessions such as making italics and bolding fonts, but on our end, we cannot. We would like to be able to format text on our end as well to improve the chat experience1
