Remove the abbreviation component from gradebook

Gradebook access across marking periods
The Gradebook access settings are set per marking period, but this is not obvious when in that settings page. Perhaps it could work like the Calculations page which shows all marking periods on the same page.0

Incompletes should automatically drop off once a grade is recorded for the assignment.
When an assignment tagged as "Missing" is graded in the assignment view, the "Missing" tag automatically drops off. The same should hold true for an "Incomplete" tag.5 Planned
