In the Grades tab, the column that reads "Review" should really say "Ready for Review", which is what it represents. "Review" connotes the act of reviewing, which does not apply here.0

Allow teacher prefix to be added
It seems absurd that we can't control teacher prefixes and allow them to show up on classes and schedules. In what world does it seem okay for students to see teachers' first names as opposed to on schedules, classes and report cards?1

Provide preferred/nickname as part of candidate fields available for merge in notifications and the email requesting recommendation from teacher. Create consistency in formatting.

In competency based grading, add the ability to create an assignment with no skills.
Sometimes teachers want to make an assignment with all of the assignment functions without having a skill associated with it. This would be a nice option. -

Make the box that appears for each student on the group page roster/advisee tabs customizable to reflect the information you choose
