When clicking 'Save', if condition for notification is met NOW, TODAY, please WARN USER that X # of emails will be sent.
The system is obviously running this check for if it should send notifications. It would be AMAZING if you could TELL US when it has passed the check and warn us before sending HUNDREDS of emails.0
