In the new transcript builder, you can select the "detail area format", which is how you want the details of the transcript formatted on the page. For some unknown reason, this very same option is not available on the report card builder.

It makes it nearly impossible to have a landscape oriented report card because you cannot configure the details section to wrap into a second column.
