Ability to Allow a Parent to Enter Payment Information Before the Second Parent Signs on School Forms

I would like to have school forms work more like contracts, and allow one parent to enter their payment information before the second parent has added a signature. This will also allow me to see who has not singed based on the Person who paid.

Ability to Allow Parents to Edit Their Own Formal Salutation

I would like to have a radio button created so that parents can be allowed to edit their Formal Salutation-- as currently they cannot edit it themselves, the school has to edit it on their behalf.

Allow teacher to delete Course recommendation made by the registrar

The registrar would like to enter in bulk all the possible course recommendations for upper level students. He would like individual teachers to be able to delete those recommendations for students that they don't think should be in those courses....

Make payment plans and and financial aid not default to the same thing for all children in a family.

This would allow parents to select different options for their children when submitting contracts.

Separate Emergency announcements from the other announcements in Notifications.

I need to see emergency announcements in text form. I do not need to see all the other informational messages in text, email will do. I can't separate that choice in the current configuration

Provinces listed on team roster

I would like for the provinces to show on the team roster after hometown once published to the public website. We have students from all over the world and listing only their hometown is not descriptive enough.
