Since our contracts ultimately go to our Student Billing Department, it would be helpful if they received some type of notification that a contract has been processed so they can view the financial information to confirm it has imported correctly. Along the same lines, it would be great if a PDF of the actual contract lived somewhere in the Billing Management system. Currently we have to print the contract and take a hard copy to them each time a contract is submitted.
While we don't have a notification for when a contract has been processed, we do have the Contracts list available in Billing Management which can be filtered on contracts that have the status of Processed. We recently added a link to the PDF of the contract on the Contracts tile of the student's billing profile.
