Need to be able to run an Accounts Receivable report that is detailed by student.

There is no way presently to pull out of Billing Management a detailed A/R report that allows our controller to summarize payments by student per ledger account. This seems to be a basic accounting feature so needs to be added to Billing Management.


The Recent Payments report is close - if 1) the Pays For column was consistently accurate (it's NOT) and 2) the Pays For column was split out by charge into separate columns.

    Sigh, I miss the old query that would give you outstanding balances with all of a student's balances grouped together and totaled.
