I would like to see a description field to be added to payment fields. When you apply a credit for a payment you would be able to add check numbers, ect. When applying Scholarships you would be able to enter information about the scholarship disbursement. For instance I am applying a $500 scholarship to a students account, I should be able to put a note in that it came from the Egg Harbor Rotary Club.
This description field will help as a reference for not only the students but also the business or burser's office as they are tracking items.

Now it would be nice if those comments could be seen on the Student Billing record. Currently the student cannot see these comments.
In today's release (3/3/20), we added a Comment field to payments along with check number & check date for check payments.
