Contact Card Enhancements: Update it to include recent touch points

I would like Contact Card to function like a customer dashboard, where certain roles would be able to see recent emails sent, assignment submitted, classes missed, absences, and conversations logged in the system all in one place.

This would function as the "circle of care" for the student, so that at a glance the advisor could see that their student met with the math department head because they wanted to switch from Algebra 1 to Algebra 2, and could see what the math department head thought about this change, so that when the student comes to meet with the advisor, the advisor is already in the loop.
