We have used all of our 10 custom fields and have now began tracking additional information with the Admin View Only fields. It would be helpful if we could give at least editing access to other roles for these fields. For example, our custom transcript uses an admin view only field for transcript notes and we need our Registrar to have access to edit this field on student records.
This would be wonderful. I'd love to store textbook, publisher, ISBN number on the course record. I can add them with Admin View only fields, but cannot show them to parents and students. Side note - it would also be helpful to import these. Looks like I can only import in bulk to the contact card.
If you allow other roles to view and/or edit then you obviate the need for those publishable 10. AND we'd get typing to boot. [vice the extremely limited text-only type for the publishable]
I agree on letting other roles view them.
If I could only have one new feature added this year it would be this one. #essential
Giving access for other roles to view would be helpful as well.
