Currently, when creating a school form for next year, the system includes students who selected Not Returning on their contract. The form should only see students who are going to be enrolled that next year. Right now we have to remove these students manually through the school form. It would save a lot of time to have contracts sync with school forms or even be able to remove the next year's enrollment row so the student won't display.
