This also presents a problem for us when trying to change a student's school. We have two schools set up in Core (part of the EAP) and we cannot transfer students between the two schools once they submit the contract.

We require our students to sign an enrollment confirmation for their returning students in February.  Sometimes the decision to hold back a student is not made until March or April.  There should be some way that we can easily change the grade in these circumstances.  Perhaps an addendum to the contract?

It is probably not a best legal practice to have to delete the Contract and reissue it in order to be able to edit a Student Enrollment Record.

There should be an override functionality so we can edit the future enrollment grade levels for retention or advancement placements.
