Bring sibling information from the onProducts through Connect RE to Raiser's Edge

Having sibling information in RE would allow for a better understanding of family networks. Currently, if we look up a constituent on RE, it doesn't list any siblings so we don't know if they have any brothers/sisters who are also alumni. It seems wasteful that information exists in one database but is not transferred to the other.

    We find that Connect RE does a relatively good job at our common relationships such as Parent/Child, Grandparent/Grandchild, and Spouse/Spouse.  We don't expect it to do much with the more complicated relationships of Aunts/Uncles, Guardians/Wards, etc.  However, the Sibling/Sibling relationship is an extremely common relationship in any school setting, and we really expect that one to be handled effectively by Connect RE.
