Allow Gender / Filter by Gender in Directories

This would make sorting students a little easier when someone needs to find all users of the same gender.

    As we attempt to transition from a printed to an exclusively online directory, giving parents the option to filter by gender would allow them to more easily copy and paste email address or copy mailing addresses when planning events, coordinating athletic teams, and coordinating other activities that are gender specific.
