Add a field to enter the textbook associated with a course

When we send students a list of their classes we would like to also include a list of the textbooks that are required for each class.

    We currently do this process in Education Edge and it is needed for us as well in OnRecord. We hold a used  book sale in the summer and each student gets a list of the books they need for the specific classes that she is enrolled in.
