add more placeholder options to school forms confirmation

I would love there to be more placeholder options for school forms.  Specifically I would like to ability to add a placeholder for the student it is regarding.

    This would save so much time not having to search for the student based only on parent name.

    This is extremely important for a form we ask the parents to complete when they want to withdraw their student. If they have more than one student at the school, we don't know which one the withdrawal notice applies to.

    This is a no-brainer. If a parent has more than one child at the school there is no way to differentiate between the confirmation emails they receive.
