Pronoun options in contact card.

I would like to see a pronoun option in the contact card.  This would allow us to have preferred pronouns as a viewable option.

This was added to Contact Card but is not available with Advanced Lists: https://blackbaudk12.ideas.aha.io/ideas/K12CO-I-2885

    Hi Emily,

I believe this option is available. The pronouns default from gender, but can be edited on the contact card. I would expect you should be able to change profile access to Gender to View and to pronouns to Edit to achieve what you are asking.

I'm thrilled that you have added pronouns. It would be helpful if pronouns and gender were not linked. We would like to be able to allow students to specify pronouns without allowing them to edit gender, as editing gender has some impacts on some of our data and housing matters.

I hope you are all doing well despite the unprecedented circumstances we find ourselves in here in 2020. We are defining our changes to accommodate more options in Gender. If you are able to make the time, we would really appreciate your responses to this brief survey.

At the end of the survey, you have the opportunity to add your contact information if you can be available for a discovery call with our development team to review your answers and inform our prototype decisions.

    Thank you for your patience!

I'd also like to second this and not just for contact card. Maybe even more significant to have it in the roster view for classes/teams/advisories so that it's a consistent reminder view of the user preference. I know that the gender field is under consideration now (Sept 2019) and while some might consider the gender and pronouns together as the same thing, I think they should actually be separate and unique fields that could be used and easily viewed (but also honor confidentiality  by NOT having it shown).
