We would like to be able to give Admissions Staff the ability to impersonate Candidates and Candidate Parents so that they can do their own trouble-shooting. Also, in order to register a Candidate for an Event, it is required to impersonate that Candidate to get to the event registration form. Right now we can't let Admissions Staff impersonate as it would give them access to ALL areas -- other employee data, current student data, HIPA data, etc.
