I would like the option to automatically unsubscribe users from receiving future notifications be a step included in the process of withdrawing a student or graduating a class of students. Currently, when students leave the school, either by withdrawing or graduating, their parents continue receiving notifications and the only way to fix this is to impersonate them and manually adjust their notification settings one by one.
Yes. And for new students too! We start accepting students in the Spring before school gets out. The deans do not want the students to get any current year notifications or communications because they are not students yet. But since they are in our system, they get something. We also get mid-year students who get added to advisories days before they officially start school. It would be nice to do a bulk update and turn off notifications for students and parents of those students. Then turn them back on to make sure we don't miss anyone.
Or marking a user as deceased. That would be really useful.
Yes, it would be great if this were also part of the process when withdrawing a student or employee.
