Marking lost in Core should tranfer to RE when using Connect RE

If a person is marked as lost in core, then that should transfer over to RE when connect RE is run.

      There doesn't appear to be any option in CORE to mark people as lost, but if there were, this should definitely transfer to RE when using ConnectRE.
