It would be useful to have checklist items trigger notifications, via email or message, to another staff member to complete their information. For example, after a certain step, it would trigger an email to the financial department to create a contract.
if possible to set up an email notification to the staff in charge of an specific checklist step, so they know when a parent / candidate uploaded a document to their checklists items the reason why this is needed is because the staff is complaining that they loose so much time by going to the file submission and checking student by student to find any documents related to their area of interest to review and process it
I'd like to see this for when a specific file (video or test) is added, that it triggers an Admin notification...this would allow for proper follow up process or workflows!
I agree a lot with this. I will safe our staff a lot of time. Also It would be very very useful that on file submission, we can organize the data/ or filter the data we see"by form"... so we don't need to scroll student by student to see if there's a document of my area I need to review.
This would save our admissions staff an immense amount of time. Right now we have to pull up each applicant's profile separately and click on their checklist to see if any of the checklist items have been completed since yesterday. Most of the time there is nothing new submitted, so we are just wasting our time clicking through each applicant. If it sent me an email when a new checklist items is submitted, then I could stop checking all applicants every day and simply process new submissions when the email notifies me. Please make this possible. Thank you!
