Add URL link in Text Box boxes without having to use HTML

As a Content Manager/Editor, I would like to be able to insert a URL link in a text box without having to edit the HTML

This also occurs in the rich text boxes for Inquiry forms. Don't understand why there would be different editors in different places ...
