Fire Drill/Evacuation Attendance

I'd like to see a feature that would allow anyone to quickly print out a PDF all the current classes meeting at the moment with that student's ID, attendance, and parent phone number. That would help us quickly take attendance again on paper when we go outside to the field as some of our teachers would not have a way to log in to blackbaud out there.

    Hi all,

    I believe this idea has not more votes because Covid-19 stopped fire drills from happening. However, fire drills are back and I desperately NEED such a report.

    I thought, it can't be too complicated for a person working with software all day. It would be most convenient for everybody if the print button for the report would be located in the drop down menu in the right corner of the section Attendance.

    I prepared an Excel sheet with the columns I would need and uploaded it here.

    Parent's phone numbers are a valuable add on, however, it would make the lists very big and clunky.

    Most important for our school would be the list to check off students who are present outdoors after evacuation.

    Or have a scanner function where student IDs could be scanned after evacuation.

    We are looking at an ecosystem partner, School Pass, to do this as it integrates with core and works on smartphones.
