Currently, when you add a new, valid address to a record through ConnectRE, there is no method by which to "uncheck" the "Has no valid addresses?" checkbox in the Bio 1 tab. This results in (a) an extra step of data management (you have to remember to do it later) and (b) the possibility that this extra step will get missed, resulting in data issues in your RE database - i.e. a record with a new, valid address that is still marked as "has no valid addresses?".

In the same manner, when you have a blank address in Core, and you run ConnectRE, and the address in RE is overwritten with blank fields from Core (basically making the record unmailable), there is no method by which to "check" the "Has no valid addresses?" checkbox in the Bio 1 tab.
