It would be ideal for Teachers, Activity Leaders, Advisors, Community group, Coaches Group Owners to be able to publish their own groups ( and the components such as bulletin board, assignments, roster, topics) to whichever roles they choose and whichever dates they choose. Manager roles should be able to see on one page who they published too and when they published it. An alert should go out to the role that the page is now viewable with instructions on how to get there. The Manager and group owner should also get an alert. Group Page access is not intuitive and we forget to publish groups when they are ready to be published as we are such a small school.
