Auto-decline school form for other parent
When a school form is declined by one parent, it should auto-declined for the other parent (if they are marked as spouses) so the other parent does not continue to receive reminder notifications.

We only require 1 signature. We would love to be able to use the "allow user to decline" for forms that are optional, but it still shows as not declined, even though only 1 signature is required. On the checklist, it shows as awaiting even after it is declined.
Agreed, especially if no signature is needed on the school form or if only one signature is required.
