Countless times I have people found an individual in one subsystem only to need them in another.

e.g.:

1. I'm sitting in Academics and need to see Johnny's profile change history.

2. I PeopleFind him only to immediately realize I need to

3. Leave Academics

4. Go To Core

5. PeopleFind Johnny [typing his name again]View profile changes

6. View profile changes

I'll admit it's only a click or two extra, but it's very frustrating.

Put a little dropdown on every view of an individual in a STANDARD place so, after step 2, I can just choose 'Core' and hop straight to step 6.

I know certain folks don't belong in certain subsystems [e.g. [for some strange reason] teachers can't be peopleFound in Academics], but the system should be able to figure that out and populate the dropdown appropriately.
