School form reminders should only be sent to users that haven't yet signed the form.

Currently, school form reminders go out to all users for forms that are incomplete. In the case of forms that require multiple signatures, the form is considered incomplete until all users have signed, but the automated reminder email is going out to all users of that incomplete form, not just the users that haven't signed yet. It is a frequent occurrence that we contacted by a parent who says that they have signed/submitted everything but they are still getting incomplete form email reminders, and we need to explain that they have indeed completed everything on their end and to ignore those email reminders and the problem is caused because the other signers have not yet signed/submitted.

Or, it might be nice if there was an option block to add the name of the outstanding signature(s) to the text of the reminder email. Then those that have completed it and are still receiving the outstanding notification email would know that the form was not submitted as complete and who is holding up the process.

Happy to vote this up. Our work around is to add language to the email reminder.

"If you are receiving this email and have completed your signature, please ask the other parent to login and add their electronic signature to complete this form."

This is also an issue for contracts that require multiple signatures.
