I would like to make certain classes and activities hidden from student and parent portal view. Unfortunately when you remove access from Group Page Access it removes it from the schedule as well. I want it to remain on the schedule, but it does not need to show in the portal. I would like to "clean" the look of the students' and parents' portal view up.
Under Group Page Access, we set custom access for Lunch, break, etc and choose "List only". This takes it off the dropdown menus. It still shows on the Progress page and schedule, but it is not a clickable link.
+1 This would be great for things like Chapel or Lunch, as well as study halls.
Totally agree!! I wanted to remove all the study halls from the list of classes on the progress tab, no need to see those, but when I removed access it no longer showed on their schedule! This is only one example....
