Contrary to the response from the new AI, a human support analyst told me that there is not a way to import end date and end time in the Athletic Groups- Athletic Schedule import. Please add the end_date and end_time fields to the athletic import! This could tie to the idea to be able to update athletic events through import, instead of having to manually update each event after it is imported.
