This is sorely needed. Every year we have departing families that want to save the parent contact information for their student's grade level. We are just above the 200 limit.

Please please please make this a configurable limit.

It is shocking to me that this idea has been proposed for SEVEN YEARS and Blackbaud has done nothing. I have no problem scrolling through several pages, but to simply not have access to any student or family 201+ is absurd. Please take action and solve this problem.

Our new parents can't see an entire list of their fellow parents! This is a huge problem.

It is bizarre to me that your 'directory' feature only shows 200 results. A person can't even print more than that. I can't believe this has been an 'idea' since 2015 and you haven't fixed it yet. I'm not sure I have faith that it ever will be. Therefore, you should just call them online lookups. They are NOT a directory. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE fix this and make it unlimited. I should be able to view or print the entire school directory if I choose.

Please increase the limit on directory search results. If you set the limit to say 2000, you would instantly fix a problem for the vast majority of your client schools.

Please fix this. A user should be able to scroll through all the students for example that are in the directory. Not just see 200 and have to filter.

This has become critical for our school and a source of repeated frustration as well. We are trying to move away from printed documents including our family directory and this is the want to solve this. However the max results of 200 is standing in the way. It looks like this has been on this ideas platform since 2005.....Please Blackbaud hear our cries and resolve this issue. Allow us to get a full view and pdf of a class/class of parents. you would have some very happy users on your hands. :)

This is crucial for our school.  I keep assuring people that it will be fixed soon, so I am disappointed to see this has not had any progress.  As is, we cannot filter by grade level and have all of the students listed, since we run about 235 in a class.  This is a problem for alums as well, they cannot get a complete list when searching by graduating year.

Blackbaud - please take some action on fixing this!

I'm reading these old comments and am amazed that after all this time--it's now August 2019--this still hasn't been implemented yet. It's time for Blackbaud to move forward here.

This is SO STUPID!  Especially after 2 and half years after users have been requesting it.  Open it up to print out the directory and stop capping it at 200.  What's the point of giving us an option to display at 200 if the query is going to limit it to 200 anyway.   Get out of your own way and make this happen.  I'm getting yelled out by parents for not having this as an option.

This limitation is why our Parents want up to print the hard copy directory each year.  I would think that at least the "search results" could include everyone.  If you had a checkbox to combine spouse pairs that could solve some problems.  I am running out of Advil so lets get this issue fixed.

I'm hoping that a comment here might spur on some action after more than two years. This really needs to be added--at least, as others have mentioned, the ability to view results 1-200, 201-400, etc, or page 1 of x, page 2 of x, etc.

What if we run a filter by grade and the grade contains more than 200 students.  This seemingly arbitrary limit is unrealistic.

At the very least, create a Page 1, 2 type of thing that would allow users to browse through entries past 200. Currently there is no way to browse all, you have to filter. 

There are other two requests on this that should be merged with this....

I'm sad (but sadly not surprised) to see that after a year, this has not gotten any attention.

This is something that members of a school community need. Seems like a simple enough enhancement. 

End users need to be able to browse the full number of results in the directory. If nothing else, implement a forward and back button to navigate through the results. But I agree with others, the ability to choose how many results to display per page or have some preset amounts to choose from (e.g. 10, 50, 100) would be ideal.

This 200 search limitation has been in place since the beginning. Maybe needed to start and with older back-end infrastructure years ago, but it's 2016,  and I'd have to guess that all the infrastructure has been enhanced such that the limit could be removed. It's confusing to folks using the system who don't realize they are missing out when the search >200.

In addition to being able to select the number per page, I would like to see an option to filter by starting letter of the last name.  At least this would allow us to view results 201+.  Currently you can't search by the letter 'S' for example because the results pull up any name with an 'S.'  There is a similar filter option in the Manage Grades section of onRecord (Procedures > Grading > Manage Grades).   

I agree that could be overwhelming. Maybe have an option to choose how many show per page? It'd be nice if it remembered your setting too.
