Trustee Role

I would like another persona option or to be able to change the name of the Friend persona. We'd prefer this read "Trustee". Seems like we would need to be able to create a new persona/role.

We want to be able to have things like a resource board that are related only to those types of people.

    I'd assume with the new role, you'd be able to use that for filtering/accessing directories, calendars, etc.?

    We created Trustee and Past Trustee roles under Friends when we switched to BB. It would be great to have a separate role as the documentation we want to post on the Resource page would be highly confidential.

    Is there anything else you want to publish only to Trustees aside from Resource boards? We're considering this enhancement and want to make sure we aren't missing an important detail re: content publishing, access and security, etc.

    There are actually a lot of ideas related to this, with additional votes. Blackbaud, please review all results for a search on "resource board trustee". Blackbaud Support suggested I use Friend for creation of a resource board for the school's Trustees. However, this is not limited to the Trustee role, it includes the Friend role and Clones of the friend role.
