Report or Notification needed for Profile display updates

I would like a report or notification that alerts Platform Managers when Alumni and other roles change the Privacy settings in their Profiles. I would like something in depth that not only shows if the User restricted access to Inc Name or Inc Name and other information. I want the report to show what additional information the User has restricted such as phone numbers, addresses, etc and for what Roles the information is restricted for such as Student, Teacher, Non-Teaching Staff, etc.
