When we create a day VISIT for a candidate we attach the current student who will be hosting that kid to the participants agenda tab of the VISIT. In the activity description we list the times that the host student will have to be with the VISITING candidate. We typically have more that one kid hosting a VISITING candidate. Unfortunately at this time there is no way to create a list of all visiting students for a particular day with the activity description (stating who is hosting who at what time) to pass on to the divisions so they will have the details.
