Right now we just have to trust that email confirmations and reminders for events and visits are being sent. There's no way for us to see in a candidate's record that they received any messages, though. We're trying to use # of contacts as a data point in yield modeling, but there's no way for us to access this information other than counting up each event and visit and then going to the registration to see what messages are active. (And assuming that if a message is active now, it was active whenever the candidate registered.) It would be so helpful to have a place in the Record where every message/email/contact is logged. Like the Timeline feature that many other systems have. Thank you!
