We think the Event sign-up list should show links to the candidates if the event registrants have a candidate record. The parent emails should also be available on that list. And data attached to the chosen Registration option should be included in the columns list (like start date/time, etc.)
Basically all the functionality of candidate lists and completeness of data that comes through on the registration forms list would be good to show on the sign-ups page where we want to be managing event attendance.
I completely agree. Without the connection to the Candidate it's hard for us to make any meaningful insights to our event data. We've had to do a tremendous amount of data gymnastics using Google sheets and Power BI to be able to make any sense of the event data.
