Sometimes we have families who just want to come by for a quick meeting (not an official visit), or current families that want to bring friends by to say hello. We also have people like consultants, SEVIS reps, and peer institutions who visit Admission. It would be really helpful if we could book these on the Enrollment Management calendar so we could see the full day's snapshot. Right now we have to maintain 3 calendars - the Blackbaud calendar for candidate visits and interviews, our own personal calendar, and a third calendar of "Office Visits that we can't schedule in Blackbaud but still require us to all be available." This also means that we need to take the extra step to then cancel other openings in Blackbaud so we don't end up double-booked. Would be excellent to combine A and C into one calendar!!
